Grand Prix Events Terms & Conditions:

Reservation Form:

To reserve spaces with Grand Prix Events (GPE), we need a completed reservation form listing all your guest's names.

Payment:

A deposit of 30% is due at the time of ordering. The remaining amount is due eight (8) weeks prior to the start of the event. (Twelve (12) weeks for Monaco). If you reserve within eight weeks before an event begins, full payment will be necessary in order to process.

Prices:

All prices are in US$ per person. If you have any questions, please call our office for details. Event ticket prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are based on the exchange rates of June 21, 2007. To ensure the continuous quality of our events, we reserve the right to impose a surcharge on the event price in case the foreign currency exchange rates falls more than 10%. The Euro exchange rate on June 21, 2007 was Euro 1.3765.

Cancellation Policies:

In the unfortunate chance that you cannot attend an event and you need to cancel, please notify Grand Prix Events immediately to prevent any charges. Grand Prix Events reserves the right to cancel or change any event. In the chance of a complete cancellation by Grand Prix Events, we will issue a full refund of monies paid to Grand Prix Events. No refunds will be made for unused portions of the event. If after returning from the event you wish to inquire about any services that were provided, please ensure that all correspondence relating to those services is received by Grand Prix Events within thirty (30) days after the events completion. Cancellation date is the date when the cancellation is received by GPE. The person who placed the order must make cancellations in writing, or by email. Depending on when we receive your written cancellation, the following cancellation charges apply:

Changes in the Reservations:

Changes made to confirmed reservations will be charged a $35 fee. Any changes made within 30 days of the date the event begins will be charged a $50 fee. No changes will be allowed within seven days of the date the event begins. Please note, a cancellation is not covered by the change policy. For cancellations, please see Cancellation Policy.

Responsibility:

The event services described in this website, including without limitation transportation, lodging, and sightseeing, are provided by carriers, hoteliers, and other suppliers that are independent contractors and not the agents, employed partners, or joint venturers of GPE. GPE issues tickets, vouchers, race tickets and other travel documents for such services merely as an agent for the companies that furnish such services. Such tickets, vouchers, race tickets, and other travel documents are subject to all terms and conditions of the respective suppliers (some of which may limit or exclude the suppliers liability). GPE is not responsible for typographical and/or printing errors. GPE nor any subagent, shall not be responsible for any damage to property or death or injury to person, resulting from any act or omission of any supplier providing any event service or any other entity or caused by strike, war, acts of terrorism, weather, quarantine, sickness, government restriction or regulation, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control. Circumstances beyond our control could force us to alter, revise, or cancel any product outlined in this website. If GPE cancels a tour for which you have received final confirmation of deposit, we will attempt to offer an alternate product of similar standards. The tour participant waives all rights which he or she may have against GPE in connection with the foregoing. Terms and conditions are governed by California law and an Orange County venue.

Tour Photos:

All photos and videos taken by GPE may be used for any reason, at any time, without permission of the client.
